A section of Main 1 of Cabin Branch Watershed where
one-sided construction was used to minimize environmental
disturbance. Construction began on this project near the
town of Hopkins in 1997. Five main channels and their
laterals will provide flood relief to parts of the 11,200
acre watershed.
