Community of Salem, SC - Watershed Project

Storm Drainage Channel 42 miles of a planned 60 miles of flood prevention channel were installed in this 33,640 acre watershed between 1988 and 1996. The work was planned to reduce flood damages on ten separate main channels and their tributaries.
